When trying to find model online I noticed the anodized parts matched yeah racing. Strong's servo. Very clean car. From my research this looks exactly like a Tamiya TRF416.

It has either been raced in doors or never completed. The SEC has not been soldered to motor. All carbon fiber and aluminum parts. Nova gt7 speed controller.
