I don't have a battery to test it with. Questions are a wonderful thing as I learn so much from them, I will answer to the best of my ability. It comes with the power cord Hitec universal balance board. Sorry I do not know much about RC toy's and batteries.

This is a used passport ultralite DYN4103 it powers up when plugged in. You are buying a used item that I attempt to describe the condition as best as possible. A red and black dongle with lost of connectors.
