I have tested the charger and the battery pack after charging with a volt meter. Please see photos.

I have not load tested the battery pack. The contacts do not have corrosion. Mostly surface scuffs scratches with a notable small tear in the plastic sticker on the front.

Item is used and shows mild to moderate signs of wear tear. Everything looks like wear tear from normal use.
